Megan Asbury

General Manager

Megan joined the VRE team in November 2021 as a Sales Consultant. Megan quickly showed her passion, curiosity and excellence in her work. In January 2023, Megan was promoted to Manager of the neighborhood. Megan works hand in hand with our residents, associates and vendors to achieve our goal of providing the best experience possible for all of those that we touch.

Lori is the original VRE associate! Lori was promoted from Office Coordinator to Sales Consultant in December 2021. Since VRE opened, Lori has been the go-to person for our residents and our staff. Lori’s focus for 2023 is adding to our resident count!

WHO DO I CONTACT IF...

Home Owners: For all new homeowners you have a Superficial Minor/Cosmetic Repair Period of 120 days.
You will need to fill out a Service Work Order Form,  which will be sent to the manufacturer of your home. If you are past this 120 days grace period,repairs are the owner’s responsibility.

Renters: Fill out a VRE Work Order Form.

Home Owners: If your appliances are still under warranty, you will need to contact the appliance manufacturer. This information can be found in our closing packet.

Renters: Fill out a VRE Work Order Form.

ARCHITICTURAL DESIGN-APPROVAL REQUEST FORM

The Rules & Regulations of Verde Ranch Estates require that an owner obtain prior written approval of the Community Manager or its nominee(s) for any exterior alteration and/or addition to the property within Verde Ranch Estates.

To comply with the Rules & Regulations, complete the form below and attach a detailed drawing or blueprint of the proposed alteration and/or addition. The drawing should specify dimensions, materials to be used, colors, etc. This application and the drawing will be retained for Community records.

Homeowner Information:

Prior to community review, the Homeowner must verify by signature that:

Description of Request: Provide full details of the purpose of the alterations or addition, type, color, size/dimensions of the improvements, materials and location (use additional “8 ½ X 11” paper if necessary). NOTE: Two (2) accurate drawings and an accurate site plan must be submitted with this request

The Community Manager or it’s nominee(s) review and approval is limited to and only pertains to the ITEMS DESCRIBED BELOW. The fact that information NOT specifically requested is shown on the plan does not mean that these items are approved as part of the submittal - be sure to include all items that you are seeking approval in your Description of Alterations.

The Community Manager or it’s nominee(s) has taken the following action on your application.

Your architectural Design Request submitted has met the requirements of the Verde Ranch Estates Community Manger or its nominee(s). This approval is subject to all applicable Town, County & State permits, codes, and regulations. Compliance with said issues is the responsibility of the Homeowner.
