Homeowners in Verde Ranch Estates are responsible for the care and maintenance of their home. If you are within the 120-day cosmetic warranty period or within the year one plumbing, structural or electrical warranty, you need to fill out the Factory Work Order Form which can be found here https://verderanchestates.com/dealer-warranty-service-work-order/.
For all other minor repairs, we recommend the following handymen that are available for you to hire:

For minor repairs and service requests, fill out the information and it will be submitted to management. Please allow 2 business days for a response. If this is an emergency, please contact the office at 928-482-2607. Your serial number can be found in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
