Verde Ranch Estates provides its residents additional cost savings including the avoidance of HOA dues while still being able to enjoy on-site HOA level amenities. Verde Ranch Estates amenities include an entertainment-filled clubhouse, heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and three pickleball courts. A dog park, pavilion, and outdoor grilling area are being added in early 2022. Additional phases include walking and biking trails.

Yes! According to the Manufactured Housing Institute, manufactured homes appreciate at the same market rate as other homes in the area. It is the location of your home that determines its resale value. Manufactured homes offer a more cost-conscious solution than traditional site-built homes. It is shown that construction costs are 10-35% less than traditional homes. Residents of Verde Ranch Estates are able to enjoy quality living at an affordable price.  Camp Verde and Cottonwood are two of the fastest growing markets in central Arizona. Both residential and commercial development continue to expand, which should only help home value increase accordingly.

Yes, today’s manufactured homes are now on par with traditional, site-built homes in terms of quality as well as energy efficiency. All of the homes at Verde Ranch Estates include upgraded insulation in the ceiling, walls and floor which results in energy saving benefits. In addition, dual glaze windows are outfitted throughout all of our homes, reducing both heat loss and energy bills.

For 2022, Verde Ranch Estates is not increasing lot rent over 2021.  Just like property taxes and any other consumer products, prices can increase over time. Verde Ranch Estates is committed to providing luxury amenities at an affordable price and as services and costs increase, lot rents can increase in the future accordingly. 

We aim to keep our luxurious home prices amongst the most competitive in the Verde Valley per sq. ft. to keep the homes affordable.  Due to current market conditions and turmoil within the manufactured housing industry, pricing fluctuations do occur. The increased cost of products and labor is passed along from the manufacturer to Verde Ranch. These additional costs determine the final price of the home once the home is delivered to the property. 

Our lots are over 6000 square feet and are about 25% or larger compared to a typical manufactured home lot.  Our homes are also ground set, so there is no visible skirting.  Due to these factors, our homes and neighborhood have a more luxurious feel and appeal.
