Anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home, needs to create an account and pay a $40 application fee.

STEP 3:

VRE will provide a copy of the Applicant Screening Criteria and the community Rules and Regulations. This R&R needs to be signed and returned before moving to the next step.
